The Notary Hotel, Philadelphia, Autograph Collection

The Notary is very nice hotel, though I would not stay again, nor would I recommend it.

The hotel was very nice. The room seemed very clean. It was very quiet, that was nice. I liked the coffee shop and the employees at the coffee shop.

Cons The staff was not friendly or very helpful at all. The restaurant was not very good. (though I did like the coffee shop a lot)

Sehr schönes, historisches Hotel. Sehr aufmerksames Personal (inkl. Überrasxhung für die Kinder und 2 kostenlose Eintritte ins Franklin Institute).

Cons Valet Parking ist eher teuer. Drop-off Möglichkeiten vor dem Hotel sind eingeschränkt.

Lovely hotel and location. Great staff. A premier property in a premier city.

Cleanliness, Design, Function. Location. Staff at Front Desk, Staff cleaning rooms, and mostly staff at breakfast cafe.

Cons Pillows are too big and are uncomfortable for the neck. Staff were really slow at breakfast (one out of three) mornings.

Historic hotel in the city center

This property is very conveniently located in the center of the city.

Cons The room was starting to look a little tired -- cracked toilet cover, tape holding a molding on, etc.

Customer service was exceptional. Thank you Xavier on reception and Michelle at breakfast.
