This property is very conveniently located in the center of the city.

Cons The room was starting to look a little tired -- cracked toilet cover, tape holding a molding on, etc.

Cons Not friendly and helpful staffs. Over price compare to what you get. Bad view even we paid and requested for high floor with nice view 3 months earlier than our 2 nights stay stay.

Position et style

Beautiful location, interiors are nice as well. Especially the Lobby & common areas. Overall a great stay!

Cons The door lock to my room ran out of its battery. When I called the front desk it took 45 minutes to send someone. When the individual came they asked me to move from the hallway as they need to focus. They also said I should be “happy” they even came. What kind of approach or attitude is that? I would give the hotel a 4/10 if everything else wasn’t so great, but this specific experience and individual staff member definitely ruined it. Also it took an additional 30 mins to get in my room, imagine losing one hour and 15 minutes due to a dead door battery. Fun!
