Good experience good hotel
I lived the atmosphere and the rooms are good with a ocean view . Staffs were very good value is good and toilet and room was clean but molds were there on the wall..but my kids were upset as there were no more good tv channels . Shops and restaurants are near.there was a ac but it was not working properly . Other than that this was a good hotel.

Appalling service! I visited with my wife and 2 little ones and I asked them to help me with unloading the luggages (10 suitcases) from the taxi. No one helped us and the staff were useless, not wanting to help. Baggage’s were left on the road whilst my wife was looking after the kids and I had to take one by one.

Cons The supervisor unlocked our room door at midnight without warning. This was very disturbing and made us feel uncomfortable. We could not sleep for the rest of the night because of this. The next day, we told the receptionist, but she did not take our complaint seriously, which was very disappointing.
