Très bel hôtel, malheureusement personnel, pas à la hauteur

J’ai beaucoup aimé l’hôtel, sa décoration, sa position, son architecture, bref l’ensemble c’est satisfaisant, moi qui voyage énormément, je considère que c’est un très bel hôtel

Cons La Piscine, qui est extrêmement sale, le personnel qui est franchement pas aimable à part quelques personnes, il va falloir apprendre aux personnels à sourire, à travailler, et à comprendre qu’ils sont payés pour servir le client, dites à votre direction de nettoyer sous les sofa rond qui sont au bord de la piscine, c’est absolument dégueulasse en dessous

Fantastic luxury resort

We went for our anniversary, giving the stay to each other as our gift, and it was one of the best gifts ever. Beautiful property, really nice pool, and right on Grace Bay beach. Outstanding breakfast was included. Parallel 23 restaurant was certainly as nice as anything on the island. It's expensive, but no more than other fine dining on the island. I was surprised the hotel has several Hobie Cats that are free. The staff was as nice as could be. Tip - it is worth it to rent a car. If you do, try for one with right hand drive since traffic is on the left (it is a British Overseas Territory, so what did you expect?). Many rentals are American with left hand drive. You may have heard that much of the Caribbean has a real problem with sargassum, a nasty seaweed that washes onto the beaches by the ton and stinks. If this island has that, it is almost always on the opposite side of the island from this property, so it was never an issue.

Cons We could not stay longer. And not the hotel's fault at all, but: 1. there is s-o-o much resort construction going on we hope the island is not being overdeveloped, and 2. The government should invest in a few street signs - few intersections are marked.
