The staff was friendly and professional as well as very helpful with making transportation arrangements, giving suggestions and directions. The property was clean and comfortable

Pleasant hotel, centrally located and within easy walking distance to main tourist areas.
Clean and pictures and description were accurate. Centrally located and within easy walking distance to Pikes Market and shopping district.
Cons No coffee service in room and coffee available in lobby was only from 4 am-7am.
Cons I feel $66 for parking is excessive
Staff were great but some things can’t be fixed except by management investment
Great location, super plush towels
Cons Air/heat system roars. It’s impossible to be both cool and quiet. And no coffee maker in the room! Have to dash down to lobby before 7 for free coffee.
