Veldig fint hotell, rent og pent, med et veldig hyggelig og behagelig personale. Vi trivdes veldig godt under oppholdet. Bassengområdet var veldig fint, og frokosten på hotellet var god. Spaet var også veldig flott og ga en avslappende opplevelse. Jeg anbefaler virkelig dette hotellet!
Had a very enjoyable stay and can only highly recommend it. It is not the cheapest hotel but very much worth the money.
Superb location, excellent facilities, absolutely spotless.Fantastic breakfast, very attentive staff. Wonderful outdoor pool with great views. A real 5 * hotel in every sense. All of the staff are well trained in hospitality services and a credit to the manager. The general manager Ms Platt, obviously keeps her feet on the floor ,as she was working along side her team for the breakfast shift at the weekend. All in all a super hotel and when in Malta it is our new go to hotel.

Exceptional
The Phoenicia is the Grande Dame of hotels in Malta with a long and illustrious past. It’ stands proudly close to Valletta and its air conditioned lobby offers wonderful respite from the heat. The pool is on another level of special given that it is in the bastions overlooking Marsamxett harbour. Nothing compares. I love the breakfast and we’ve eaten well at Contessa restaurant overlooking the gardens. Most of all though it is the staff that make the difference. They can not do enough to make you welcome but without ever fawning over you. It’s expensive but a real worthwhile treat.
The gorgeous poolside and location just at the entrance to Valetta make this a perfect indulgent stay.
The rooms were lovely and spacious, staff were terrific. The infinity pool was an absolute highlight. Location to old town was perfect.

Niets op aan te merken. Fantastisch hotel, leuke kamers, super vriendelijk personeel.
Cons Alles eigenlijk. Maar het inzet van het personeel om alles zo goed mogelijk te voorzien was wel ongelooflijk. Weinig al gezien. Zo was er de avond van ons toekomen een (gratis) concert tegenover het hotel en hebben zij voor onze kinderen nog VIP ticketten kunnen bekomen. Above and beyond. Echt super medewerkers!
