Cons No wheelchair access to dining room. Stairs down were too steep to manage with a walking stick.
Trainee who welcomed me was lovely and tried very hard to make it work.

Cons - Needed an early checkin for a job interview, was offered the lobby bathroom to wash up after coming off a flight. - Not informed of free cocktail bar offer until too late - Windows not tinted, had to keep curtains shut or people staring in from carpark - carpark view for $300 per night is not ok - +++ roadworks all night under my window, unable to sleep, tired and frustrated for work meeting the next day. Mentioned to reception staff who couldn't care less and no compensation was offered at all. Not impressed. - booking number online was some off shore company and getting to the point of speaking to a front desk staffer was near impossible. Nearly booked elsewhere, wish I did. - no slippers
