The Plaza

This is the best hotel my husband and I ever stayed at and we always stay at the 5 stars hotels! The location is perfect, the best shopping area and the Central Park are just at your doorstep! Afternoon tea at the Palm Court was memorable, the food was delicious and fresh. The room was perfect, beautiful and super clean bath room, comfortable bed….truly, The Plaza Hotel is one of a kind! We will definitely come back after 4 years after they finished the renovations, the good news we learned from our Butler is that they only gonna renovate the exterior due to the safety concerns, interior will still remain the same! See you after 4 years!

早餐很美味，份量也比较大。房间和洗手间都很宽敞，水晶灯比其它酒店的都美丽。酒店和中央公园只有一条马路之隔，非常便利。

Cons 电梯空间太小，卫生间应该换带加热的坐便器。

Cons Poor staff attitude and service, missed room cleans, ripped towels, no real comfortable lounge area with sofas where can be served drink. Style over substance.
