Ľ amabilité du personnel , la proximité ď une belle plage.

Cons Le wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas du tout dans la chambre. Le fait d'avoir attendu toute une journée pour pouvoir changer de chambre , alors qu'on avait besoin d internet pour le travail , et qu'on les avait informé de cela. Les robinets au niveau des lavabos trop dur à ouvrir .trop de bruit . Et la surfacturation de la chambre , 52 € en plus , qui nous a été remboursé , après réclamation, mais pas en totalité.

Cons Some of the staff could have been more welcoming for a 5 star hotel. There was no iron in the room. You had to pay to get things ironed. For a 5 star hotel that is ridiculous.

Rigtig godt hotel og god valuta for pengene

Rigtig flot hotel. God pool og god mad. En lille legeplads til de små, samt dyr og venligt personale. Vi nød især morgenmaden som var overdådig og generelt et rigtig flot hotel.

Wonderful and relaxing hotel in Tunis

A wonderful 5-star hotel, The Residence Tunis offers a fantastic relaxing experience while being less ostentatious and more authentic than other, perhaps newer, hotels operated by major international chains also located in Gammarth. The pool is huge, the sandy beach is very nice, the breakfast buffet is perfect, and the room was also very nice. But the real strength of this hotel is the exceptional hospitality of its staff. Managers can be proud of their teams, from the doormen to the front desk, from the poolside restaurant to the housekeeping staff and the main bar, everyone was kind and attentive. This hotel has a soul, if I ever return to Tunis, this is where I’ll stay for sure.
