Cons Отель «поживший», есть запах в номерах, достаточно скудный минибар (снеки не пополняли), косметику наполняют строго на несколько принятий душа - баночки почти пустые, не хватает, чтобы принять ванну с пеной) ни в одном ritz такого не замечала. В бассейн можно только в шапочке, ничего против не имею, но это неочень комфортно

We had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Guangzhou. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. A special thank you to Angie, who truly made our experience even better. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, and made us feel very well taken care of. Her warm and professional service really stood out. And thanks for the amazing souvenir, it will be added to our coffee corner . Thank you to Angie and the entire Ritz-Carlton team for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely love to return!

A unique experience of confort and pleasure

The Location of this amazing Hotel is perfect, you are in the business district with the metro a small walk away and the amazing Guangzhou New Television Tower fast around the corner. The Atmosphere is like you can expect from a Hotel like Ritz-Carlton. The rooms are exceptionally nice, comfortable and quiet, the bed is like a dream. But the most interesting was the toilet, because they have this intelligent toilet (a must try hehehe). The Cleanliness is like the to the best standards for a hotel of this name. And the attendance of the rooms it to the highest quality with a very nice personal details to make your stay the most unique experience. We tried the Buffett dinner the first night and it was perfect, it is a bit expensive but it is worth every single cent that you pay for it with a great selection of foods from all around the world. Also we were treated by the hotel for a small selection of cakes on the room before we went to bed. The Breakfast was sadly another experience because there was not enough breakfast tables and we end up in a tinny tiny table in the hall before the restaurant, but the quality of the breakfast was really good. On the evening you can enjoy a wonderful cocktail on the Lobby bar with his amazing and friendly personal. The only thing I would recommend the hotel to improve is the level of English of his personal. Sometimes we have struggled a bit to communicate, in the reception or other part of the hotel. But other than that the hotel is a unique experience that I can highly recommend.

Slightly overrated, great breakfast and pool area but rooms a little dated & had a musty smell.

Cons No air in the rooms, musky smell. I like a little more relaxed, alot of staff standing around waiting or looking at you, if I paid interest in something, they were lovely but too much at times.
