I started staying at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta since 2025, My trips are between 3 to 4 times a year, and it never disappoints. The staff, food, facilities, and location are all exceptional, it truly feels like a second home. I can't wait to visit again on December 25th to celebrate Christmas with them. The staff Melany is always welcoming and she take cares of my special request all the time. Thanks Melany!!

Stress free family shortcation

**10/10 — An Amazing Family Getaway!** We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Ritz, and I can honestly say it was a perfect, stress-free four-day family getaway. The staff were amazing from beginning to end — incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They were especially wonderful with my 4-year-old son and made our whole family feel so comfortable and well taken care of. We actually felt so welcomed that we ended up booking another room for my sister’s family as well! The breakfast is always amazing, as it has been for us for many, many years. We also really enjoyed the Ritz Kids activities. My son had such a great time with the cooking class, scavenger hunt, and other activities. The kids' meals were also a great touch. We loved having lounge access, and the swimming pool was beautiful, quiet, and relaxing — exactly what we needed for a family break. We also booked airport transportation both ways, and everything went smoothly and professionally. Overall, it was simply perfect. From the wonderful staff and family-friendly activities to the food, pool, lounge, and smooth airport transfers, everything made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to coming back! **10/10 — highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway!**

Rooms are very spacious. Front of staff and housekeeping are kind and try their best to help you

Cons The whole hotel is in need of a rennovation. The property feels tired Breakfast is very poor compared to other hotels in Jakarta. Food is mediocre and the tables are left unclean. If you want a true 5* experience you’re much better off at Raffles of the St Regis
