Cons During my stay, I had issues with air conditioning in my master bedroom and I had to transfer to another room on another floor, and in the new room I had another issue with water temperature. Which made me feel a little bit uncomfortable. For cleaning, please pay attention with under the bad. Dusty. The sofa and the carpet needed to be shampoo. Smells. The towel is a little bit old and hard, needs to be replace with something new and needs an upgrade for the pillows. For the 5 star, they didn’t provide any welcoming things as usual when I stayed at 5 stars.

Cons Noise from outside(At check-in, I specifically requested a quiet room because I'm sensitive to noise. However, the room was extremely noisy at night due to the noise from outside. ) On the first day, I had difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel.

This was our 2nd time stay in this hotel. Its worthwhile. We hope to come again.

The breakfast was excellent. The services provided by the staff was far beyond excellent. They are professional and make us feel welcoming. Nice ambience. My family really enjoyed it. Location is very good.

Cons I dont hàve any complaint because the service was very prompt and reliable.
