Cons consecutive visits same issues: one of the worst hotels in service: - the reception and guest relations literally dont answer the phone for hours - housekeeping takes 4 hours to clean a room - humid rooms with poor AC - no response from managers - eerie sounds coming from ventilation or ceiling issues - nobody literally cares, you might as well service yourself in this hotel waste of money

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait, et j’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour.
