Staff and grounds are excellent, but dining service falls short with inconsistent staffing and slow service across restaurants. The main bed comfort lags behind rollaway beds, and the advertised heated pool runs cold. You'll love the setting and hospitality when it clicks, but expect occasional service gaps.
