The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua

Rooms are old, sometimes dirty, and beds are uncomfortable. Service swings wildly from excellent to careless. The property looks beautiful but doesn't deliver on luxury standards, and staff has failed guests with missing items and poor follow-up.
