No Marriott Bonvoy points
The hotel and staff were lovely. However, they will not award me my Marriott Bonvoy points as the hotel was booked via a travel agent rather than direct.

Wow!!! What an absolutely stunning hotel in Mexico City! We were welcomed by Andrea and let me tell you the stay only got better from there. Fernanda and Natalia from the guest relations team went absolutely above and beyond to make the stay something so much more special than we could have ever imagined and if they ever read this thank you! Noemi G for always having the room match the beauty of the view! The views are gorgeous, spa pool on the 12th floor, the list can go on and on but 10/10 recommend.
$1500/night. For noise they can’t fix
Insulation is so bad you feel like you’re sleeping next to a truck stop and autobahn. The mattress is so dented it was difficult to sleep. Staff was excellent. Location is fine.

Cons mucho ruido de la CALLE, NO SE PUEDE DORMIR HAY QUE USA TAPONES DE CERA. NO ESTA INSONORIZADO DEL EXTERIOR. SOBRE TODO LAS HABITACIONES QUE DAN AL JARDIN.
Cipriana Dinner Shines Despite Hotel's Shortcomings
The lack of an outdoor pool was disappointing. Minor room issues were a bit annoying. The lack of consideration for a Bonvoy status guest who could not access the lounge was downright disheartening. Dinner at Cipriana, however, was truly outstanding. Exceptional service and delicious food in a stylish room made for a genuinely special experience.
