A wonderful hotel with an elegant design and excellent service. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The location is superb, with direct access to Nishi-Umeda Station without having to step outside. A great stay and highly recommended.

Service was above and beyond

It was amazingly nice. The atmosphere is what you expect from the Ritz: the artwork, the scent, the service. Speaking of service, Nakano and Darlyss provided excellent service in the breakfast place (Splendid-O). AXL at the concierge desk went out of his way to help with a flight issue I had. Also? The view we had was amazing. Finally, The Bar was a really cool atmosphere to relax and have a drink. I wish I could remember the name of our waiter there also. He was excellent.

It was the best hotel we stayed during our trip in Japan! The service was outstanding, everyone who works there are very attentive and makes you feel comfortable and happy. They prepared a special gift for our daughter’s birthday, and we were feeling like a royalty. Everything was just perfect! The location of the hotel is central, but away from hustle and bustle. The food at the breakfast was great, but restaurants at the hotel are very expensive. Room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We booked the corner room and the view was amazing! They also have a very nice bar on the top floors with great cocktails and really nice atmosphere! We definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay again! Thanks very much!
