The room was amazing. Staff were all very professional , respectful and accommodating.
Cons Check in staff should have known that lounge was included in stay. Should have asked if guests knew how to operate elevator with room card key. Not have guests tell them how elevator works. Key should have been programmed to work. Only one phone in room worked.
Very delicate service. Doorman offered short hotel rides on BMW E-car to our dinning restaurants. Ask for a surprise for my hobby’s birthday and they did! Either balloon and a cake!
Exceptional hotel with first class services and a first class team. Big shout out to Andy on the front desk. What a valuable member of staff you have there. His attitude is 1st class.
