Very convenient and beautiful location, kind people, hotel security could be improved.

Great room with high ceiling and very comfortable bed. Bathroom great and temperature control good. Location perfect and beautiful right at the edge of the park. People lovely incl the breakfast experience.

Cons There was a second front entrance near the main entrance, but it was never attended and I was never informed that it was actually the better entrance for my room, avoiding extra sets of stairs up and down. However, I felt a bit insecure whenever I used it as there was no security there, so anyone could enter the hotel there and access the entire building and all floors without being stopped.

Cons Nothing to be mention

It’s out of my surprise to the check-in service of this five- star hotel, firstly we arrived slightly earlier than the check-in time. We were asked to wait for a bit. We had our big lunch and came back after 3:00 pm, we were told the room is still not ready, we ended up waiting another 30 minutes.
