Cons Lack of hot water

Prachtig hotel met uitgebreide service, goede faciliteiten en prima lokatie

De lokatie is prima, in het centrum vlakbij Bourbon Street. Het is een prachtig, historisch gebouw met moderne faciliteiten en goede service (2 x daags). Het buitenzwembad heeft veel ligstoelen eromheen en een bar. Je krijgt water en kunt eten en drinken bestellen. Het is daar heerlijk. De fitness is goed. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons Er stond een wachtrij om te kunnen ontbijten. Het leek alsof er daar te weinig personeel was, waar er juist bij aankomst en parkeren van je auto/koffers brengen wel teveel personeel aanwezig leek. Dat vond ik een beetje overweldigend als je aankomt en meerdere mensen op je koffers duiken (met alle goede bedoelingen).

Jazz at the front desk is the best!

Jazz was amazing help and showed top tier customer service and guest hospitality. She was willing to help with my corn situation with no judgement and went the extra mile to get me butter. She deserves a raise. I will be back just not with a tender date.

We liked the hotel it was our 30th anniversary, and you are centrally located.

The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were soft. The room was very clean. The people at the desk were polite and friendly very nicely dressed and hair well done. The porters at the front of the hotel were very nice and friendly.

Cons The room was across from the elevators, The front entrance way was dark and unappealing, the back entrance also. The Blue Room was tacky. The people working in the Blue Room uniforms looked uncleaned, not all but some.

Awesome location and a fantastic old style hotel....

Cons Pool was shallow and small.
