Een uitzonderlijke ervaring waar echte gastvrijheid centraal staat! Ons verblijf in The Sanya EDITION was werkelijk fantastisch! Het hotel is prachtig en ondanks de enorme omvang slaagt het team erin je het gevoel te geven dat je de enige gast bent. Dat is voor ons de definitie van echte luxe en gastvrijheid. Wat ons bijzonder heeft geïmponeerd, is de uitzonderlijke interne communicatie, die absoluut een 10 op 10 verdient! Tijdens een gesprek met Julie van Guest Services werd ons gevraagd of we graag pittig aten. Diezelfde avond bleek onze voorkeur al aan het restaurant te zijn doorgegeven, zonder dat we er zelf iets over moesten zeggen. Zulke details maken het verschil! Ook toen onze vlucht onverwacht werd geannuleerd, werden we proactief geïnformeerd en werd onze luchthaventransfer perfect aangepast. Alles werd geregeld zonder dat wij ons ergens zorgen over moesten maken. Een bijzonder woord van dank aan Julie van Guest Services. Haar oprechte betrokkenheid, professionaliteit en persoonlijke aandacht maakten ons verblijf nog zoveel aangenamer. Zij was werkelijk een enorme meerwaarde! Ook wil ik General Manager Eduard Jordi bedanken omdat hij persoonlijk de tijd nam voor een aangenaam gesprek. Zelf heb ik jarenlang in de hotelsector gewerkt en weet ik hoeveel inzet er nodig is om dit serviceniveau te bereiken. The Sanya EDITION bewijst dat echte luxe niet alleen in prachtige faciliteiten zit, maar vooral in de mensen en hun aandacht voor details. Ik heb me zelden zo welkom gevoeld in een hotel. Een onvergetelijke ervaring en een absolute aanrader. Wij komen hier met heel veel plezier terug!

True Chinese hospitality at The Sanya Edition

Thank you for our amazing stay at The Sanya Edition. Together with my partner we brought my parents to Hainan to show them around and decided to stay at your lovely property. The service is next level, the food at Barbacoa so authentically Balinese, the drinks and snacks at the Beach Club original and up to par, and all facilities you would wish for are available. I saw some amazing signs of true leadership from the management as well. Shout outs to Julie as our personal butler, 魏金恒 as our beach club bartender and Jordi as a true international hospitality leader. Thank you, and we hope to be back soon again.

Amazing stay!

The Sanya Edition was such a beautiful hotel! From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming and nice. Julie was amazing with answering my questions whenever I needed and making reservations for me. She was available at anytime. The location is nice but a bit far from the airport but once you get there, it’s heaven. Rooms were beautiful, everything is clean, and worth every penny. I love that the hotel catered to everyone like there is a family area and pool and an adult only area that was perfect for me since I was traveling solo. Thanks to Wisdom at the Beach Club and Shawon at Barbacoa. Oh and the spa area had a very relaxing sauna and stream room if you just wanted to get away from it all. I would recommend to everyonez

An Unforgettable Stay at The Sanya EDITION

We had a fantastic stay at The Sanya EDITION in a beautiful suite. A special thank you to Julie, our Guest Relations Manager, for checking in throughout our entire stay and making sure everything was perfect. She also kindly arranged a wonderful birthday surprise for my cousin, which made the celebration extra special. The cakes and coconut pudding were absolutely delicious! Exceptional service, thoughtful touches, and a truly memorable stay. We’d happily return!

The only way to experience Sanya!

From the arrival to the mega open lobby that is looking to the ocean framed by bamboo, it was hard not to be blown away. In our 5 night stay we didn’t leave given the abundance of options and luxurious spaces to relax and dine. The Beach Club is for adults only and it was the perfect space to enjoy the glorious weather with attentive and genuine service from Wisdom, Hunter and the entire team! Chef Boga at Barbacao has done a phenomenal job creating a Balinese menu which is complimented by a live band, feet in the sand, exotic dining experience. He is also a really nice guy! A special thanks to Chef Markus, Julie and Jordi for making us so welcome!! Highly recommended!
