Cons Nothing.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff.

Good location for much of Seminyak, right on the beach, lovely breakfast, amazing staff, the spa is very nice and the gym is well kitted out. Rooms were very nice with lots of storage, nice soaps etc. lots of free “essentials” in the bathroom, and daily fresh towels / turn down service. However Seminyak itself is a bit over touristy /grubby. Not a problem as such just be prepared for it. The hotel is very peaceful however and protected from all of that. The hotel really is lovely. Beautiful breakfast are surrounded by Koi ponds. Live Balinese music played during breakfast. Really lovely.

Cons It could do with somewhere to sit of an evening for a few drinks. There are places outside as I say, but sometimes you don’t want the craziness and after eating out it’s nice to come back to some serenity! The beachside location would be great for an evening drink. What I disliked the most and why we have awaited a 9 rather than 10 is the constant biting smell around the hotel. I asked a few times and it seems to be the many temples around burning offerings. Which they do four or more times a day. By the end I was fed up with it. Others didn’t seem to notice so maybe I have a sensitive nose. But the few nights we spent away in Ubud or Uluwatu where the concentration of temples is much less the air was much nicer.

Beautiful resort, luxury treat. Breakfast was excellent. We ate outside because a lot of restaurants near by were fantastic. The pool is a dream facing the sea. All together is was sublime

One of the best!

Everything! We loved our stay at this resort. The pool looks out to the ocean and it’s a great place to watch the sunset. Service was outstanding as were the massages. We will definitely be back
