Прекрасный, современный, чистый отель в удалении от шума бухты с роскошным видом. Богатые европейско- ориентированные завтраки с китайской изюминкой, классный бассейн с видом.

Cons И плюс и минус-доступность до центра бухты. Для тех, кому не сосиавит труда пройти 15 мин ло пляжа-располодение плюс. Т.к. жить в центре бухты сложно-там шумно)

Cons В ванне были тараканы, мы сказали об этом на ресепшене, там даже не удивились, вызвали специалистов, чтобы протравили, но ничего не изменилось, видимо где-то на других этажах есть и приходят по вентиляции

Excellent breakfast, great pools, but communication in English could be much better

One of the biggest advantages is that breakfast is served until 1:00 pm. The breakfast selection is excellent, with a wide variety of both Asian and Western dishes, fresh fruit, and many freshly prepared options. As the hotel is very popular, the breakfast restaurant can get quite busy during peak hours. We sometimes had to wait for a table, and the table service, such as ordering coffee, was rather slow. The hotel is not directly on a sandy beach, so you need to walk a few minutes along the seaside promenade to reach it. However, this also means the surroundings are quieter and more relaxing, while the lively area with many restaurants, bars, and shops is still within walking distance. The swimming pools are beautiful and spacious, and during the afternoons, the main pool area becomes quite lively, with large pool parties and music.

Cons The biggest challenge during our stay was the language barrier with the hotel staff, almost no one spoke English, which made communication very difficult. Check-in took much longer than expected because there was some confusion with our Booking.com reservation, and after a long journey this was quite stressful. We also found it difficult to ask simple questions or request basic amenities, even when using translation apps.

Пушка, бомба, петарда! Очень красивый, чистый, современный, обслуживание европейское. Заселили на 2 часа раньше. Бассейн огонь, с подогревом. Обстановка праздничная, 3 ресторана.

Cons Завтраки больше китайские. Все понадкусали. Суши пойдёт, есть свинина. Сок ананасовый свежевыжитый рекомендую. Нет рядом моря. Через променад идти надо 10 минут.

Very luxurious I felt like the queen of China lol!

Everything was exceptional! My favourite was how safe the hotel is, you need a key to access the lift. I stayed with my young daughter who majority of the time spent in the room sleeping whilst I was away exploring during the day. Never did I feel she was unsafe! The staff are all so kind and sweet, we felt welcomed and adored from the initial check in

Cons An indoor pool would have been amazing! However we loved everything about the hotel
