주말에 이용했는데 수영장 라이브공연이 너무나 좋았습니다

Cons 객실 내 시설이 노후화된 것 말고는 딱히 없었습니다

I recommend the Shilla Jeju to anyone looking for a high quality resort experience with comprehensive amenities and outs

This is the nicest resort property I have ever stayed at. The service from every aspect--welcoming at front door, check in, concierge, housekeeping, every dining venue we tried (parkview, glamping), pool facilities --was exceptional--always kind, thoughtful, and helpful, never pushy, high pressure, impatient, or dismissive. The lounges, lobby, and exterior grounds were well laid out and very clean with beautiful views, artwork, fresh orchids, and plenty of room for strolling while also providing plenty of seating. Parking is perfectly located and complimentary. Room was beautiful and good size with beautiful views over pool and gardens with ocean in distance. All food services we tried were outstanding and plentiful. Business center services outstanding. Pools, sauna wonderful. Overall value of service and amenities is extremely high. I also appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere.

Cons There is nothing I did not like about the property. It was perfect and exceeded expectations in every way for what I was looking for. The only thing I would have liked would be access to beaches nearby.

늘 항상 방문할 때 마다 기분이 좋아지는 곳 입니다. 비록 비가 와서 이번에 많은 것들을 즐기지는 못했지만 항상 설레는 방문입니다. 특히 파크뷰에서의 식사는 말할 것도 없이 완벽하며, 다른 곳들과 비교가 불가능합니다.

Cons 파크뷰의 식사는 정말 만족하고 붐비지 않아 좋지만 4박을 있다보니 조금 메뉴의 변경이 있으면 좋을 것 같습니다. 하지만 너무 만족하고 있는 숙소라 이 역시 아쉬워서 하는 이야기일 뿐 절대 불만은 아닙니다.

아이들과 함께 편안하게 즐기기 좋은 숙소

아이들과 함께 방문했어요~~~ 온돌방으로 예약하니 아이둘과 엄마는 침대에서 자고 1인 요가 따로있어서 거기서 남편이 자니 괜찮았어요 ㅎㅎ 온돌방이 저는 아이들과 활동하기에 좀 더 청결하고 좋았던것같아요 처음 방문했는데 너무 만족스러웠어요 수영장도 이용 가능하고~~~~ 미리 준비안하고 갔는데 수영복 대여 가능해서 (유료) 편하게 이용했어요 왜 신라호텔 추천하는지 알겠어요~~~ 다음에도 제주도 오게 된다면 신라호텔 고려할것같아요! 아이들 시간 보낼 수 있는 공간들(키즈클럽, 짐보리)도 있고 아침에 동물 먹이주기 프로그램(무료) 도 있어서 너무 좋았어요!!! 조식도 먹어봤는데 계란요리도 직접해주시고 어쨌든 전체적으로 너무너무 좋은 방문이었습니다.
