Cheerful, hip, modern, low-rise hotel in central Boise though not the most spacious

Very attractive, spanking-new, bright, cheery low-rise hotel in central Boise which seemed a little like a swanky dorm. Quite friendly and cheerful staff, lots of places to eat and shop w/i walking distance, and a reasonable price.

Cons Two adults and two teens in the family room was frankly a bit cramped. Also the parking was an adventure every single time due to the small spaces and our rented SUV (though we liked being assigned a space). Finally our room looked directly out at a dumpster which was loudly emptied every night at about 4 AM.

Great, friendly vibe. Walk to many restaurants and Basque community. We got a parking on the hotel property which was another plus.

Cons No USB PORT or light at bedside.

It’s so cute! The location is perfect.. the room was awesome and super comfortable and clean. And if that’s not enough it’s probably among the best when it comes to the staff.. All of them were exceptional!! Beyond helpful.. I would stay there again and again just for that type of service! Highly recommend this little gem!

Cons Everything

Great location but not at all as good as the pictures 😞 Fire alarm went off at 2 ish in the morning! Poor communication and No drinking water coffee etc or offerings of what was going on! Very poor communication!! Will not return or recommend in the future !! Better accommodations in surrounding locations for similar pricing.

Overall recommend as nice place to stay, especially if they deep clean public spaces.

Cons Public interior spaces could use a cleaning. Elevator carpet floor needs replacing, or switch to vinyl plank. Hallway on 3rd floor smelled a bit musty. Our room also smelled a bit musty.

Great place! very clean and modern, really nice sitting outside with the cafe that is open most of the time. Nice little gym.

Cons Really everything was great. People should know parking is limited and charged so you may have to go in the street or to a lot.
