Spent three days here with kids. “Le petit chef” gastro show was perfect for them. In general - no doubt proper st regis
Rooms are perfect, breakfast is top notch, gym - excellent for the hotel, staff is very good
Cons Pool and spa area (sauna/hammam) are located on different sides of same floor - so not very convenient to walk back and forth.

Probably the best hotel in Astana
Probably the best hotel in Astana. Fantastic location, with view on the river and super kind personnel. All you might expect from a 5 star hotel.
Cons There were 2 options for the restaurant at night: Le Petit Chef, an interactive dinner with special effects, that we didn't try, and the Italian restaurant, that we tried. I must admit it wasn't at the level. This was the only little nuance in an otherwise fantastic stay.
Приятно было получить комплимент от отеля при заселении. Персонал заботливый и в то же время не навязчивый. Бассейн и сауны очень чистые. Важно, что в сауне и комнате отдыха всегда свежая вода с лимоном! Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные. Порадовали национальные сладости!
Cons Не очень удобно, что бассейн и сауны находятся далеко друг от друга.
Бронировала отель для своих гостей, все остались довольны! Спасибо
