The St. Regis Chicago

Rooms are beautiful and well-maintained with great views, but some guests found them smaller than photos showed. Service is inconsistent: staff excel at restaurants and front desk, but fumble with basic tasks like room maintenance and lost items. The pool, gym, and location near the river are strong points.
