The St. Regis Chicago

Rooms are beautiful and well-maintained with good views, but some guests found them smaller than photos suggested and encountered broken amenities. Service quality swings wildly between exceptional staff and poor handling of problems like lost luggage and missing food orders. The location near the river is quiet and walkable.
