Excellent family stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the St Regis Chicago. The hotel honored our upgrade certificates to a 1 bedroom suite, which doesn't always occur at other hotels. The hotel is gorgeous and was wonderfully designed. Our room was perfect and the staff did a superb job making up the couch pullout bed with extra padding for comfort along with the rollaway bed that we requested. The hotel location is perfect as its close to everything but at the end of Wacker so the street outfront is quiet. Only negatives were the rollaway bed and pullout bed were not ready when we checked in at midnight, which we had requested ahead of time knowing we'd get in late. But once alerted the staff got working to get these in place so we could all sleep. We would absolutely stay here again on another family trip to Chicago.

Want to know the best place to stay in downtown Chicago to celebrate a special occasion? The St. Regis Chicago is absolutely the place to do it! My wife, son, and I spent this Mother’s Day weekend at the St. Regis Chicago, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The rooms, views, location, and service were all outstanding and exactly what you would expect from a world-class St. Regis property. But what truly sets the St. Regis Chicago apart from other luxury hotels in Chicago, and even within the broader Bonvoy portfolio, is the personal touch provided by the team. A very special thank you to Sabine, Elizabeth, and Ashley. Their professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made this weekend unforgettable for our family. They are the reason this property stands not only as the crown jewel of hotels in Chicago, but in my opinion, one of the crown jewels of the entire Bonvoy portfolio. If it were possible, I would rate this hotel as the very best in Chicago and among the very best in the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio. And that’s coming from someone who has stayed at virtually every top hotel in Chicago and hundreds, if not thousands, of Bonvoy properties over the past 40 years. Thank you again, Sabine, Elizabeth, and Ashley. You helped create a truly wonderful Mother’s Day weekend for my family that we will never forget.

I love the St. Regis Chicago Spa! I’ve been seeing Patricia for over 10 years...long before she joined the beautiful St. Regis Chicago Spa. She is truly the best. I’ve followed her because her care, skill, and consistency are unmatched. Every treatment feels completely personalized; she’s incredibly intuitive and always knows exactly what my skin needs. Her expertise and depth of knowledge when it comes to skincare are exceptional. She takes the time to understand your skin, explain what she’s doing, and tailor each treatment in a way that delivers real, noticeable results. I always leave feeling refreshed, glowing, and confident... she truly cares! The products they use at the spa are top-tier—luxurious, effective, and thoughtfully selected, which only enhances the overall experience. The St. Regis Chicago Spa itself is fantastic, and the experience is even more elevated. The space itself is absolutely stunning...serene, elegant, and designed to feel like a true escape. Cons The "extras" There has to be a limit on greed and penny pinching. Cost of room is already too high regardless of how wonderful is the stay. Why charge 89/night for parking? Small dollars for a small candy or nuts (should be a hospitality gesture in a place like this) These things put a chip into an otherwise excellent experience and property
