An absolutely stellar experience from check to check out. Marvelous staff, excellent food, the best piano bar in Florence for aperitifs and after dinner drinks. This hotel epitomizes five star luxury service. Unlike most properties captured under the Marriott umbrella, St Regis - Firenze improves with time, each visit adds a depth of flavor and delivers a truly memorable experience leaving you longing to return.

Very good hotel
The hotel is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and is convenient for walking to the major attractions. Although our room was small it was nicely decorated. The hotel itself was somewhat dated but a nice place all the same. The breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. The only miss for me was the smaller room and the dated feel and look of the hotel. Although I enjoyed my experience there I’m not sure I would go there again.
