The St. Regis Goa Resort

Rooms are big with lagoon views from the balcony but no ocean views at all. Renovated rooms still feel old and musty in spots, and the AC runs loud while struggling to cool below 71F. Wedding noise bleeds into rooms, and some guests got hit by early construction work next door.
