What a stay. Our family with small children had an amazing experience. The hotel staff went over and above for a birthday experience. St Regis is a top notch service hotel! We are going back already! The only downside is the beach can be muddy at low tide, but good for crab hunting. The views of the islands are amazing.

The people make all the difference!

We just wrapped a full 10 night stay at the St. Regis Langkawi, our second. We absolutely love the property but what makes this place so spectacular is the people. From the moment you arrive you gather more attention and focus to detail than you could possibly imagine. Everyone within moments knows you by name and caters to your whims without asking. It is truly remarkable. Although everyone is wonderful there are definitely the members that go above and beyond. We have had the pleasure of being guests of Janifer in recreation twice and she absolutely goes out of her way to help and engage. She is knowledgeable beyond just recreation she knows Langkawi like the back of her hand and is full of great recommendations. If you have a need, she knows someone who can make it happen. If you have the opportunity, you can not go wrong requesting Shabir as your butler. The attention to detail from him again was unmatched. He was pleasant to see and catch up with everyday, just one of the people you meet who instantly make you feel like lifelong friends. He also surprised us multiple times with delightful, and delectable treats after days out away from the resort. Am at the beach bar was also also a joy to be around. I can’t express enough how thoughtful the staff at this property is. I can’t come to the island without spending at this property.

Beautiful experience

An outstanding experience on every level. Staff are attentive and courteous; the butler service (we had Reez) is exemplary. Every part of the hotel is beautifully curated. I love these fact that every staff member I spoke to came from Langkawi and took great pride in their role at the hotel. The food is sublime - the breakfast choice is expansive - the negative review (June 2026) is wholly unfair and in no way reflects the food we had. Thank you to all staff for making our stay so pleasurable. Not a single negative - just lots of praise and happy memories.

Hoteller er i dårlig vedligeholdelses stand. Terrassemøbler ved restauranten var ruste, bordpladerne knækket og terrassen var fuldstændig uden charme. Betjeningen var nærmest ikke eksisterende

Cons Vedligeholdelsesstanden overalt var dårlig. Buggyservice til og fra værelset fungerede ikke. Kaffemaskinen på værelse var utæt så der var vand over hele bordet - alt i alt en kedelig oplevelse
