Cons The staff were not accommodative and very rigid. Surely expected better customer service from the top tier Marriott property.

Our stay at The St. Regis Mumbai was truly memorable, made even more special by the exceptional service and genuine warmth of the team. A special thank you to Sohan Karkera, who went out of his way to assist us with booking our Vande Bharat tickets to Shirdi. His help and kindness was greatly appreciated. Prithesh Sherigar, Food & Beverage Manager, was outstanding. He made us feel extremely comfortable and took the extra effort to prepare a special departure snack for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We would also like to acknowledge Waseem, Rites, Naysayers, Aryadhya and Jahanara from Food & Beverage for their attentive and friendly service. Saanvi from Butler Services was wonderful, and Doolchand from Housekeeping ensured everything was taken care of with great care. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable, warm and memorable. It is the genuine hospitality and personal touches that make The St. Regis Mumbai truly special. We look forward to returning.
