Disappointed
Cons My son paid for extras in the room as a surprise, unfortunately the staff did not have the room ready, told me that there was a surprise, surprise ruined and instead a bottle of wine was left in the room - my son was disappointed, and so were myself and my husband - disappointed that our sons money had been taken for the surprise - should have been chocolates in the room together with wine for our 49th wedding anniversary-
¡Totalmente recomendable!
Cons Todo estuvo muy bien. No hubo nada que no nos gustara.
Location can't be beat
Couldn't beat the location. Close to the tube, plenty of food choices within walking distance and the most incredible view of Tower Bridge.
Cons Rooms were large and comfortable but could do with a little refresh. Addition of a mini fridge would also be useful.
