Great location & view, shame about the receptionist
The view & location
Cons The staff. We checked in online and although our room was available from 3pm we informed the hotel that we would arrive at 5pm. We arrived after 5pm only to be told our room was not ready as it was stillbeing cleaned. The receptionist offered us a complimentary drink whilst we waited but we explained that we were needed a room to change to be ready for our evening plans. They arranged another room for us but when I asked for the drinks vouchers I was told that you have your room now, you don't get a voucher. Terrible attitude from the receptionist and a really bad start to my wife's birthday weekend away. The hotel & location is amazing, its a shame about the staff they have acting as the face of the company that really don't stand up to the premise. Very disappointed.

The hotel was amazing. Great facilities, kind staff and amazing location.
Cons Nothing, other than the price of the shop. Although there is a Gesco Express less than a 2 minute walk.
