Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, tolle Lage

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Yachthafen. Fussläufig gelangt man sehr gut zum Stanley Park und zum Central Place, wo die Busse zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten abfahren. Unser Zimmer war sehr gross und gemütlich. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants im Hotel. Das Frühstück gibt es als Buffet und auch a la carte. Es war sehr reichhaltig.

Cons Das Bistro schliesst leider sehr früh. Wir hätten abends gerne nur eine Kleinigkeit gegessen, da wäre das Bistro genau richtig gewesen, aber abends hat es nicht geöffnet.

Great place to stay in Vancouver with kids

Pool was great. Staff great. Concierge staff looked like they were too unfit to be doing such a heavy job - felt sorry for them! Breakfast was crazy long wait one day! They need a larger breakfast area. Winnie the poo afternoon tea looked delish but taste really not good!… staff excellent Indoor pool & outdoor pool great. Free bike hire

Cons Demasiado ruidoso y masivo. La alfombra de los pasillos que da un aspecto antiguo. Las almohadas demasiado grandes.

Beautiful hotel with tonnes to do!

The rooms were lovely. We had two rooms and even the one with “no view” overlooked the pool and could see the sea! The gym was well stocked with a peloton room and the pools looked good. Best of all was the breakfast buffet which had everything anyone could want - omelettes, hot breakfast food, continental style food, and a few treats. We were in excellent hands with Isabelle who took great care of us and kept us topped up with coffee and other beverages. We also had massages which were excellent and arranged with a minimum of fuss. We used the free bikes from the hotel and explored Stanley Park which I highly recommend.

Cons More coffee in the room would be a bonus. My only slight quibble about the hotel was the temperature of the common areas - the aircon seemed chilly and can’t have been above 16C throughout. The other improvement would be more lounging chairs downstairs. While there is a takeaway cafe and of course a bar, there isn’t anywhere to just relax and read a book.

Lots of facilities, big hotel with pleasant staff, parking opposite and they handle the billing.
