I liked the convenience of it being close to the concert venue and eating places.
Cons They did not have our room ready at 4:00 check in time and had to wait over 30 more minutes to get into a room. Then we did not have towels. Went down and asked for them and they said they would send some up and never did. 4 of us had to use 3 hand towels to dry off. Finally, after getting back from the concert, you could clearly smell weed coming into our room.
