Cons やはり、建物が古いことかな。 あと、到着してスタッフに言わなければ、スーツケースを部屋まで持っていってくれない。基本、自分で運ぶみたいです。

Manager on duty the afternoon of 8/20-23 (Male young man hispanic gosh I wish I got his name) is amazing and so on point. Very customer service oriented and knows how to make things right!!!! Give him a raise please... LOVE EVERYONE IN VALET PARKING. WESTIN BONAVENTURE HAS BEST PARKING IN AMERICA! VERY professional, friendly and helpful crew in valet parking! give them all a raise!
Cons Our room 2861 blue elevator had plumbing issues... Smelled like pipes the whole visit and toilet did not have good flushing.
