My Stay at The Westin Charlotte
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, though my digital key was not working and the manager had to override it. Lines were extremely long, and it took a long time to check into the room. I could definitely see that the hotel is showing its age, since some of the elevator buttons on the 11th floor, where I stayed, did not work, so I had to use another call station. Elevator indicators were not properly functioning, but the elevators still worked fine. Luckily, I had Bonvoy points to use toward my stay, which definitely helped offset the costs. This place does not have a spa, which is my only complaint for an upscale Westin hotel. I wish there were one on the hotel property.

Went to dogwood and was greeted by Colson at valet. Safe to say I will be back.
