Management incompetence makes this a risky place to stay.

Cons Management was incompetent to deal with. I was actually the victim of fraud in that I was notified by Booking.com that someone with a different name using my credit card number was going to be staying at this hotel. I contacted the hotel and spoke to Maria about this and asked that this person be prevented from using that reservation and apprehended by the authorities if possible. She said she "investigated" and could not do anything to stop the fraud from occurring. As a result, I'm being charged for that stay even though I reported the fraud to Master Card and Booking.com. This should have been avoidable and reflects a lack of competence by management which will likely affect other guests' stays.
