The property is generally well maintained and clean. I had some challenges extending my stay and the staff were able to assist in the most professional and caring way. They really saved the day for me. The bed was the best I have ever slept in!! Please dont change them
Cons My room was cleaned, but still showed signs of minimal uncleaness, like waters stains on counter and hair. Your website has an issue accepted non US cards. I am 100% certain it wasnt an issue with my card because I booked my rental and used it every day I was there. That forced to to go through a third party. And when I needed assistance, it was frustrating. Please look into this. Thankfully your staffs help and accommodation helped.
We love the pool area. This is why we stay here.
Cons That the pool does not have bar service/ staff at the pool even though they have a bar outside. We had a group of 21 people. They didn’t have many choices of beer. You had to walk inside and get your beer and walk back out to the pool. This needs to be fixed.
