The Westin Josun Busan

This is a true 5* experience. I hope I can return one day!

Location was fantastic; staff were courteous, extremely helpful and discreet. Club breakfast was great and good value. We came a day early due to a change of plans and the hotel were really helpful in sorting our reservation.

Great - but strange rules

Location and cleanliness were great

Cons The breakfast situation where we had pre booked in our room rate but were only allowed to each in the smaller club dining room. It still isn’t clear why we weren’t allowed to each breakfast with other guests on the ground floor restaurant!

Cons 이그제규티브 음식이 조식말고는 너무 별로여서,,,,,해피아워시에 음식 예약안하고 가서 룹서비스 하거나,,다른데서 먹는게 나을듯,,,,너무 밸로,,,,,데이타임에 과일 1점도 없고,, ,,아휴...라운지시설도 후줄그레히거,,싼티나는 시설에 우울해지 88만원 주고 이게 무슨일,,,,1층 파노라마카페 큰통유리 전망이랑 느낌 같을주 알고 실컷 바다전망 보려고 클럽라운지 이용룸 예약한건데,,,,,작은 창으로 보는 바다 전망별로고,,,클럽라운지도,,,,시설이 너무 후줄그래,,,,,싫었음,,다신 안감

The hotel is in a beautiful location, staff overall was very good. Elvan the valet was excellent !

Breakfast was good but staff not speaking English was a bit difficult to read and understand what the ingredients were. None of us were allergic but other folks who were had a very difficult time understanding for example which dim sum had what ingredient

Cons The beach access does not have a place to dry out your feet or wash them before you enter the hotel or the elevators. Guests should be given the option of cleaning themselves before they enter the hotel as we had to try to get to the beach showers at the opposite end and then try to dry up and then go to the elevators and the room.

해운대 해수욕장을 한 눈에 내려다 볼 수 있어 좋았어요 사우나는 별도 요금(50% 할인)

Cons 욕실 환기 시설이 부족함

맛있게 먹었고 위치도 좋았고 특히 죽및 국등이 좋았음 월남국수는 너무짜서 개선이 필요할 것으로 보임

Cons 입실시 걷는 6층복도의 방향제 향이 좀 강했다고 느꼈음
