It was great n no regret in booking it.

The hotel was excellent, and I was very impressed with their service. After making my booking, I requested connecting rooms, which the hotel kindly accommodated. They also went the extra mile by providing complimentary breakfast for my two children. The housekeeping service was superb. The housekeeper was incredibly helpful and did a wonderful job tidying up and arranging everything neatly. A special mention to Max from the concierge team, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Cons The air freshener could have a slightly more pleasant fragrance. The breakfast selection could also be improved, as the choices were quite repetitive and almost the same every day.

Excellent staff ready to solve any issues. They also gave us bonus Wons to spend on food and drinks in the hotel. The location could NOT be better.

Cons It was all great

Service was excellent. Always easy to grab a cab and return to hotel afterwards. Everyone was attentive to our needs.

Cons There was construction going on that made it noisier. Staff prepared us for this and indicated that we could move if too uncomfortable. We managed.
