The Westin Josun Seoul

期待以上に居心地が良かった

スタッフの対応、ターンダウンサービス等、全般的に行き届いていた

The hotel contributed a lot to our trip to Seoul

Location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to everything and especially to the train stations

Cons I liked the location. The size of the rooms and especially the staff who were very attentive and willing to help at any time.

Absolutely stunning

Everything, they excelled our expectations, we will be back for sure and recommend to all.

Cons Everything

Everything was so good

Unbeatable location, solid stay.

Our stay at the Westin Josun Seoul got off to a great start: check-in was quick and efficient, and we were in our room in no time. The real highlight of this hotel is its location. It sits right in the heart of Seoul, and almost everything in the city centre is within walking distance. You really can't ask for a better base for exploring. The room was nice and well equipped with good amenities, and the bed was large and extremely comfortable. We slept very well. Staff throughout the hotel were polite and always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was above average with a good balance of western and local choices.

Cons The pool was, frankly, the low point. At 7:30 iamong other things, to our surize we were told no swimming allowed in the lane we were in, because it was reserved for pool walking. Being told you can't swim in a hotel pool is hard to take seriously. The rules felt excessive and enforced with little flexibility, which took the enjoyment out of what should have been a relaxing start to the day.

hotel needs to spruce up their room condition

BF was great and so were the service staff Location was excellent

Cons rooms were stale bath room ceiling was low. it would have been better without the bathtub walk ways were dark and dim Need to brighten up up the atmosphere hotel felt dated
