The friendliness of the door staff Lee and Luke we’re so welcoming when we were either leaving the hotel in the morning or coming back in the evening they gave us lots of hints of restaurants and places to visit. They really made it so enjoyable.

Cons Not very many vending machines available for snacks. In the morning, before going in for breakfast, coffee was $5 for a cup

Cons The breakfast organisation is not even 3star like . Only little staff are available, not trained to work efficiently. There were 1 at the bar and 1 clearing at least 7 dirty tables waiting just in the bar area during our 20min waiting time., 30 people waiting in queue. Use trolleys and tablets. Do not walk empty-handed.... Lacking time, we chose the buffet. Some buffet shelves were completely emptied, some almost. Sarurday evening, we waited for 50 minutes for our dinner. (Lobster and clam dip and summer grain bowl) The waitress was very nice and sorry.
