Rooms vary wildly in condition, from spacious and spotless to outdated with poor temperature control. The breakfast buffet impresses some guests but felt disorganized and poorly maintained to others. Location near the mall and waterfront is excellent, though executive lounge service and staff English proficiency disappoint.
