Cons Shabby in appearance, unclean. First room had an unmade bed. There were no accessories in the bathroom. Carpet stained. Windows dirty. Electric plugs unusable.
Disappointing service and unfair charges overshadowed an otherwise pleasant stay.
Cons I was disappointed to be charged an additional $40 per day cleaning fee because I was traveling with my service dog. Ironically, the only item that needed to be changed was the duvet, which I specifically requested to be replaced. Despite my request, I was left sleeping with the same duvet for almost an entire week. I also left tips for housekeeping throughout my stay, yet the duvet was never changed. As someone traveling with a well-behaved service dog, I expected better service and a more reasonable approach to cleanliness and guest care.
