Perfect staycation

Perfect location for staycation with the family. We stayed there to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the room was decorated nicely. The staff gave us very nice attention.

Incredible hospitality

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Westin Surabaya. The hotel is immaculate and the rooms are well appointed, but the genuine hospitality and willingness to serve from the hotel staff is what set the experience apart. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant (Magnolia) had plentiful Western and Asian options, the food was fresh and attractively presented, there were rotating daily selections, and the staff was attentive. The pastry selection, in particular, was a delight. We stayed in a club level room, and the club lounge staff did everything they could to make us feel at home, remembering our names, our drink preferences, and suggesting dishes we might want to try from the evening food spread (advertised as hors d'oeuvres but in reality much more substantial). In particular, Evan in the club lounge went above and beyond, having the chef prepare a special dessert for our final evening and offering to have a packed breakfast prepared for us since we were departing early the next morning. This property is a shining example of what every Westin property should aspire for.

Outstanding Service by Karan and Great Food

We had a wonderful breakfast experience. The food was delicious, and Karan provided excellent service. He was attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for the great hospitality.
