All, Alexander at the evening and lanch, Zvonimir at breakfast, girl at reception.

Cons A guy David, was not particularly friendly in his way of approach. He was talking to me with hand in his pockets like trying to make me feel angry. This is unaccwptable for Mariott and The Westin. I just was requesting to change my room closer to my family. We had 2 different reservations from different agents. I wrote an email in july about this. And he refused to do it with a very rude and not friendly jesture. Never had in my life such a stupid way of approach. The cleaning woman opened the door when i was i doush, even if i posted on the door to not disturb. Check the photo to see the cleaning quality.

Cons Korektan je hotel i u ovom stanju, al ga pamtim od prije 20-tak godina i vrijeme je za renoviranje.

Everything. Breakfast excellent, room spacious and comfortable. Secure hotel. Staff excellent. Very clean room.

Cons Bath could have been longer and air con was poor.

Wonderful stay.

The whole experience was perfect. We just stayed one night as we had just flown into Zagreb and needed a place to stay before driving into the mountains. Dinner was superb as well as the friendly wait staff in the restaurant. Food was amazing. Breakfast was included and we left very full.
