We loved our stay at this hotel and would love to stay again.
The team working every shift regardless of location were friendly, helpful and a real joy. Nothing was too much trouble! The staff here were the friendliest of any hotels we have stayed in. The breakfast was first class! Quality ingredients and food. So much choice every morning. Loved everything we tried - which was a lot. Location for us was perfect, close to the palace, close to tram although we didn’t use this because everywhere is walkable. Close to the train station, we got the train from the airport and it’s about a 10 minute walk to the station.
