Toller Aufenthalt. Gute Ausgangslage. Ruhiges Zimmer in den Innenhof, obwohl mitten in der Stadt.
Sehr schönes Hotel an bester Lage mit wunderbarem Personal. Speziellen Dank an das Personal beim Frühstück, wirklich super freundlich. So startet der Tag einfach gut. Jederzeit zu empfehlen. Natürlich hat das seinen Preis, ist aber jeden Euro wert.

Torel Palace is a beautiful hotel and the staff are exceptional. Little things made a difference during our stay. The reception staff is especially attentive to the guests. They booked our Douro Valley wine tour which was top notch, provided dinner recommendations and made our reservations, booked reliable early morning transport to the airport, and provided us to-go breakfast boxes. This is just a few of the things that made a difference during our stay. I traveled with a group of ladies and we stayed in the new rooms directly across the street. They are spacious with a kitchenette and small table and chair. At first, I wasn’t sure about staying across the street, but the rooms were brand new and very secure so we always felt safe. It also has a lovely secret garden area that was a great surprise. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and I would ask to stay in this building. The breakfast was included at this hotel with our package and it was wonderful. They have a great casual bar for night time cocktails and wonderful restaurant on property. Our entire group loved staying at Torel Palace Hotel and would highly recommend it.
Cons The rooms have adequate storage, but a few extra hooks in the narrow wall cabinets would have been helpful. We stashed shoes in these, but the space could have been maximized with some small modifications to store accessories or hang single outfits.
Excellent stay in Porto
Beautiful property, room extremely well appointed - exceptional staff. Restaurant on premises is extraordinary . Pool small but very refreshing. Our balcony was spectacular.
Cons Door for building across the street does not necessarily close well, if guests aren’t careful they can leave it open. One evening we did not get turn down service.
Die Lage ist top, das Frühstück ist ebenfalls super mit sehr großer Auswahl und die Räume sehr elegant eingerichtet mit dem passenden Thema Literatur für Porto. Das Personal sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht.
Cons Zimmer zum Hof sehr laut abends . Ab 23.00 wird es besser!
