Cons Do NOT book this hotel! Worst Hilton experience ever. I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Luton Airport and it was a complete nightmare. The room had serious issues: • No hot water at all during the entire stay. • The air conditioning unit/filter was extremely dirty, full of thick dust and debris. • A loud repetitive beeping sound every few seconds that never stopped, making it impossible to sleep or rest. I reported all problems immediately to reception and sent clear photo and video evidence. Despite this, the hotel offered no real solution — no room change, no proper compensation, and no refund. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a Hilton hotel. The hygiene and comfort were below basic standards. Paying Hilton prices for such poor conditions is ridiculous. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel. You will regret booking here. I am requesting a full refund as the service was not as described and far below acceptable standards.
