Nice place to stay and feels very safe being in the diplomatic area

We were greeted at the airport by the absolutely fabulous and glamorous Barbra and our lovely driver. Our room was nice and comfortable although to be honest probably not as cool and luxurious as I expected from the photos. And they also left us some cake for our joint 60th birthday which was thoughtful.

Cons We ordered room service which was slow and a bit confused but it was midnight in fairness to them, and when we arrived at breakfast in the morning we wandered through the garden first to see the pool as we were checking out that morning and an unfriendly older waiter came flying out of the breakfast room looking at us almost as though we were trespassers - we're in our 60s and were reasonably well dressed so it was a little strange.

Cons 1. For 250 USD, the room was quite basic and the bathroom was small with the washbasin being in the room. The restaurant was basic and very expensive. The breakfast was limited.
