The front office staff were friendly and check in and checkout easy Cinnamon and samundra the two restaurants were spacious ,the food was tasty ,the staff was able to suggest and customise dishes as per customer preferences.The housekeeping was good too Everything about Trident hotel made the stay exceptionally pleasant

A well located Hotel - steeply priced for the facilities it offers

It has an old worldy charm to it. A nice quaint property. Very old world. Neat & tidy. Polite staff.

Cons When it rained, the roof was leaking and had to be pointed out. The bed and mattresses are very old style and certainly do not meet the standards of a modern hotel. They also need to invest in more modern good quality comforters
