Convenient place to rest
Cons Wrong room and not the best breakfast
It was comfortable and close enough to Case Western Reserve University
I liked the size of the room and that breakfast was included. The rooms are bright and the beds are comfortable. Parking is also very convenient enough parking space.
Cons A coffee maker and botteld water in the room would be great. The front desk could have been a little bit more attentive and we had to ask for fresh towels and room service.
Clean, newer property. Boutique appearance.
Newer hotel in neighborhood without many options. Convenient parking and entrance around back.
Cons Nothing to love, nothing to complain about it. It’s fine for its location.
Room was clean and well care for
The thing I liked the best is that they offered free parking, which is very hard to find in Cleveland
The lobby having the color pops, snacks and the games were very cool!
Cons The rooms felt too small/ minimal for price, missed having a bigger fridge in the room and the dirty laundry bag.
Good
Cleanness friendly staff
Cons Not enough luggage carts and the ones available are unstable and wobbly. Need replacements
