The location near the Alamo and Riverwalk is excellent for walking, but the valet parking system is broken—expect 30 to 60 minute waits and $35 to $40 daily charges. Rooms are clean but outdated with thin walls that let you hear neighbors. Front desk staff sometimes ignore requests.
